Dear “Baby-Boomers”,
Please stop complaining about young people. We’re bored of it.
We especially don’t like the way you’re wagging fingers at students recently with mutters of “Oh in MY Day we protested about real things, principals, and not selfish things for monetary benefit.”
It’s Bollocks. The generation who avoided the war by being born during or around it, who grew up and attended university for free, who lived in times of high employment, who when they got a bit older were basically gifted their council houses, who retired at 60 or 65 and NOW claim larger pensions and more generous than anyone of the current generation can imagine; no you’re the generation of self interested bastards, not us.
And you’ve got the gall to tell anyone who will listen that the 1960’s was the “best” decade.
